
Car reservation
A car can be reserved in advance by making a bank transfer or by leaving 50 Eur in cash, which will later be deducted from the rental price. You can make a reservation by phone or by e-mail.

Required documents
The renter must have a valid driver's license and a valid identity card or a valid passport.

Payment and deposit
The deposit is 800 Eur, 400 Eur or 0 Eur, depending on which insurance you choose. The car rental must be paid by bank transfer before picking up the car or by card upon pickup.
No deposit is charged if you choose insurance with a 0 Eur deductible.

General requirements for drivers
The minimum driving experience is two years.

Additional driver
The rented car may only be driven by the driver specified in the vehicle handover and acceptance act. A second driver costs 5 Eur/day.

Car insurance
All cars are covered by CASCO and compulsory motor third-party liability insurance. The CASCO deductible is 800 Eur, which means that your maximum liability for damage caused to the car due to your fault is up to 800 Eur. You can purchase insurance with 400 Eur liability or 0 Eur liability, in which case the rental price is recalculated. In the event of any traffic accident or damage to the car, you must notify us within one day; otherwise, the insurance will no longer be valid. If the car keys or documents are lost, a 200 Eur fine applies. Car documents and keys are not insured. Car insurance is not valid if the car is driven off-road, used in sports competitions, used for driving lessons, etc.

Renter's liability in case of car theft or accident
The renter's liability in the event of a car accident, if the renter is at fault, or in the event of theft is 800 Eur, unless additional insurance has been purchased. In the event of car theft, the renter must return the keys and documents of the rented car.

Mileage and countries where the car may be driven
When renting a car within the territory of Lithuania, mileage is UNLIMITED. When travelling abroad, you get 300 km/day, and for passenger minibuses, 500 km/day. Kilometres are calculated for the total rental period. For example: 10 days – 3000 km. An additional 100 km costs 15 Eur (15 ct/1 km) for new cars and 10 Eur (10 ct/1 km) for older cars. Driving outside the territory of Lithuania is allowed only when renting a car that is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you want to travel abroad with an older car, additional conditions will apply.

Free 24/7 roadside assistance throughout Europe applies to the cars.

Fuel
Cars are rented with a full fuel tank. If the car is returned with an incomplete fuel tank, the Renter pays for the missing fuel according to the rate specified in the contract.

Reserved car not picked up for rental
If a customer who has paid the 50 Eur reservation fee does not arrive to pick up the car or cancels the reservation, the money is not refunded.
Car return
If the car is returned late without prior agreement, a late return fee of 10 Eur/hour is charged. If the delay exceeds 3 hours, an additional daily rental fee is charged.
By agreement, the following services may be provided outside working hours:
Car pickup or return outside working hours. An additional fee applies for this service.

Unforeseen circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the car reservation due to a technical fault or a car accident, after informing the customer in advance.
