Car reservation
The car can be reserved in advance by making an order or leaving it in cash for 50 Eur, after which it will be deducted from the rental price. You can make a reservation by phone, or e-mail.
Needed documents
The renter must have a valid driver's license and a valid ID card or passport.
Payment and deposit
Deposit when picking up the new car - 400 Eur, not new - 150 Eur. The rental of the car must be paid by bank transfer before picking it up, or in cash.
The deposit is not charged if you choose insurance with a 0 EUR deductible.
General requirements for drivers
The minimum driving experience is two years.
Additional driver
The rented car can be driven only by the drivers specified in the acceptance-transfer deed, two drivers can be included at no extra charge. The third driver - 5 Eur / day.
Car insurance
All cars are covered by CASKO and motor third party liability insurance. Our car CASCO franchise is 800 Eur, which means that your maximum liability for damage to the car due to your fault is up to 800 Eur. It is possible to buy out insurance with a liability of 0 Eur, then the rental price goes up to 10 Eur / day. In the event of any traffic accident or damage to the car, the insurance must be reported within one day, failing which the insurance will no longer be valid. Loss of car keys or documents is subject to a fine of 200 Eur. Car documents and keys are not insured. The car insurance is not valid if you drive it off-road, at sports competitions, teach to drive, etc.
Renter's liability in case of car theft or accident
The renters liability in the event of a car accident (due to the renters fault) or theft is 800 Eur (Unless additional insurance is purchased). In case of theft of the car, the renter must return the keys and documents of the rented car.
Mileage and countries that can be reached by car
When renting a car in the territory of Lithuania, the mileage is UNLIMITED. When going abroad you get - 300km/day, for passenger minibuses - 500km/day. Kilometers are calculated over the total rental period. (For example: 10 days - 3000km.), an additional 100 km for new cars costs 15Eur (15ct/1km), instead of 10Eur (10ct/1km) for older cars. You can drive outside the territory of Lithuania only after renting a car that is still under the manufacturer's warranty . In order to drive abroad with an older car, additional conditions will apply.
Technical support
The cars have free 24/7 roadside assistance throughout Europe.
Fuel
Cars are rented with a full tank of fuel. When returning a car with an incomplete fuel tank, the Renter pays for the missing fuel at the rate specified in the contract.
To reserve a car and not to rent it
When the customer does not come to pick up the car after paying the reservation fee of EUR 50 or cancels the reservation, the money is not returned.
Car return
In case of delay in returning the car and without prior agreement, a late fee of 10 Eur/hour is charged. An additional daily fee is charged for delays of more than 3 hours.
Upon agreement, the following services can be provided during non-working hours:
Pickup or return of the car during non-working hours. There is an additional fee for this.
Unforeseen circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the car reservation (due to a technical failure or car accident), informing the customer in advance.
