Camper reservation
A camper can be reserved in advance by making a bank transfer or by leaving 100 Eur in cash, which will later be deducted from the rental price.
Required documents
The renter must have a valid driver's license and a valid identity card or a valid passport.
Payment and deposit
The deposit when picking up the camper is 800 Eur. The rental must be paid by bank transfer before pickup or by card upon pickup.
General requirements for drivers
The minimum driving experience is four years.
Additional driver
The rented camper may only be driven by the driver specified in the vehicle handover and acceptance act. An additional driver costs 5 Eur/day.
Camper insurance
Campers are covered by CASCO and compulsory motor third-party liability insurance. Our CASCO deductible is 800 Eur, which means that your maximum liability for damage caused to the vehicle due to your fault is up to 800 Eur. You can purchase insurance with 0 Eur liability, in which case the rental price increases by 30 Eur/day. In the event of any traffic accident or damage to the vehicle, you must notify us within one day; otherwise, the insurance will no longer be valid. CASCO insurance does not apply to damage to interior or exterior equipment that occurs outside a traffic accident. If the vehicle keys or documents are lost, a 200 Eur fine applies. Vehicle documents and keys are not insured.
Renter's liability in case of camper theft or accident
The renter's liability in the event of a camper accident, if the renter is at fault, or in the event of theft is 800 Eur, unless additional insurance has been purchased. In the event of camper theft, the renter must return the keys and documents of the rented camper.
Camper cleanliness
The camper must be returned clean both inside and outside. This means that the wastewater must be emptied, the WC cassette must be empty and clean, the toilet must be completely clean, the refrigerator must be cleaned, the gas stove must be clean, and the mattresses must be shaken out. If anything has been spilled on the seats, they must be cleaned, dust must be wiped off, and the floors must be washed. The camper must be in such condition that the next customer can feel comfortable. If you do not have the possibility or desire to do this, a 100 Eur fee will apply.

Free 24/7 roadside assistance throughout Europe applies to the vehicles.
Fuel
Vehicles are rented with a full fuel tank. If the vehicle is returned with an incomplete fuel tank, the Renter pays for the missing fuel according to the rate specified in the contract.
Reserved vehicle not picked up for rental
If a customer who has paid the 100 Eur reservation fee does not arrive to pick up the vehicle or cancels the reservation, the money is not refunded.
Unforeseen circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the vehicle reservation due to a technical fault or a traffic accident, after informing the customer in advance.
